kd33 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kd33" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the internationally operated online betting and casino service accessible at kd33.io and all associated sub-domains and applications.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with, accesses, or uses the kd33 platform for any purpose.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account created by a Player on the kd33 platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account pursuant to a kd33 promotional offer and subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by kd33 before a Player may process a withdrawal.
• "Services" refers collectively to all betting, casino gaming, live dealer gaming, slots, and any other product or feature made available through the kd33 platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the kd33 platform are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kd33 platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services offered by kd33, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the kd33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kd33 platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility

Use of the kd33 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. kd33 does not permit individuals under 21 to register an Account or use the Services under any circumstances.
2. You must be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of kd33 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or suspended from the kd33 platform or any affiliated platform.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity in registering or using a kd33 Account.
6. You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any financial sanctions regime that would prohibit you from transacting with an internationally operated gaming platform.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account on the kd33 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. kd33 employs technical and manual controls to detect and merge or suspend duplicate Accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh (including city — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or Cox's Bazar), email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your registration details if any information changes.

• All Account registration information is subject to verification at kd33's discretion at any time.
• kd33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (national ID, passport, utility bill) to verify any registration detail.
• Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.
• kd33 Login credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your kd33 Login credentials. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless and until you notify kd33 of unauthorised access via our 24/7 support channel.

kd33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purportedly from kd33 requesting your password or payment card details, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

kd33 provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for all registered Accounts. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to provide an additional layer of protection for your kd33 Account and BDT balance. kd33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to enable available security features.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the kd33 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kd33 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh Players:

• bKash — instant mobile financial service deposits and withdrawals
• Nagad — instant postal financial service deposits and withdrawals
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — instant deposits and withdrawals
• Upay — deposits and withdrawals
• Local bank transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. kd33 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which kd33 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. kd33 requires completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. kd33 aims to process approved withdrawals within twenty-four (24) hours of the request being submitted during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), though actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kd33 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-relevant events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

1. Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
2. Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are held separately. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time (subject to KYC and minimum withdrawal amounts), but Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
3. Only one promotional offer may be claimed per promotion period per Account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
4. kd33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In such cases, wagering requirements already accrued by Players on the affected bonus will be honoured up to the date of termination.
5. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds in a low-risk hedging pattern, or systematically exploiting promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may lead to permanent Account suspension.
6. kd33 reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal cap on bonus-derived winnings as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. The existence and amount of any withdrawal cap will be clearly stated in the individual promotion.

8 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the kd33 platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rule will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all kd33 products:

• A bet or wager is confirmed only when kd33 issues a unique bet confirmation reference. Until such confirmation is issued, no bet is legally binding on kd33.
• kd33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error — at any time before or after settlement.
• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI, or equivalent).
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability of odds. kd33 accepts no liability for bets submitted during a temporary disruption to live odds feeds.
• The outcome of all casino games — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — is determined by the respective game provider's certified random number generator (RNG) and is final.
• kd33 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or Player account at its sole discretion without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kd33 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or tournament
• Match-fixing or exploiting insider knowledge of sports event outcomes to gain an unfair betting advantage
• Using the kd33 platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, platform vulnerabilities, or mathematical errors to generate illegitimate winnings
• Allowing any third party — including family members — to access or use your kd33 Account
• Using credit cards or funds sourced from third parties or illegitimate sources to fund your Account
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming controls such as deposit limits or self-exclusion periods

10 Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, databases, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the kd33 platform are the exclusive property of kd33 or its licensors, including game providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. No Player or third party may reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any kd33 intellectual property without express prior written consent from kd33.

Your use of the kd33 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not grant you any ownership right in any kd33 content or intellectual property.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kd33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the kd33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming outcomes
• Technical interruptions, server outages, or connectivity failures
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Loss of winnings on bets voided due to technical error or obvious pricing mistakes

kd33 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Gambling involves risk, and kd33 accepts no responsibility for any financial loss incurred by a Player as a result of using the Services.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Termination

kd33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if kd33 reasonably determines that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.

Upon termination of an Account, kd33 will process any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account to the Player's registered payment method, net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited on Account closure.

A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting kd33 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within seventy-two (72) hours. During the processing period, the Account will be restricted from accepting new deposits or bets.

14 Amendments

kd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — kd33 will provide reasonable notice of the change via the Player's registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the kd33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which kd33 is incorporated, to the exclusion of any conflict-of-law rules that would apply the law of another jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and kd33 arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting kd33 support at [email protected]. kd33 will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve all formal dispute submissions within thirty (30) calendar days.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits kd33's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
